Hello Sharks! 

Below is a communication from Andrea Loughlin, the photographer, who will be taking individual and team pictures tomorrow. We are hoping the weather holds!

Flourtown Country Club Swim Team Pictures this Thursday, July 10th!! 

Individuals start at 5:00. The line up for the team picture starts at 5:20. 

If your child is getting individuals, the earlier you can get there the better the images since the pool and surroundings are less crowded. It also helps the backlog of the parents that can not get there early. 

To help run smoothly please have your children there on time to line up for team pictures! Children, especially the smaller ones, are set up according to height and they are very hard to squeeze in at the last minute. 

If your child does not have a team suit, please put them in the darkest suit that they have if possible, so they do not stick out in the team picture. All swimmers should be in their suits and goggles should not be on their heads. If you want them wearing their swim cap, it is up to you, but most do not. 

All swimmers getting individual pictures must have an envelope completed when it is their turn for the pictures. 

If you are printing it out at home, please put in an envelope with the swimmer's name. Extra forms will be available at the pool. 

PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN THE FORM OF CHECK OR CASH when pictures are taken. I will have change if they need it, but they have to let me know since I do not open the envelopes there. There is no Venmo. 

Siblings can be photographed together, separately or both (make sure the children know which they are doing). If you are filling out envelopes for two children, you may write one check, just be sure to write that you are paying for two children on the envelope and write on the second envelope the child's name that the payment is in. 

Forms will be available at the Wednesday night meet (7/9) and will be available Thursday at the pool. I have attached a copy of the form here for your convenience. Thanks so much and I look forward to seeing everyone this Thursday!
